i left my job two years ago after 25 years with no real plans regarding another place to go to, I had a month off and then signed for an agency.
this lead me to where I am now and although the jobs pretty much the same the terms and conditions are slightly better and it's a better environment to be in.

how about you start taking work off MK

I know a lad who did just that his own milling and turning services. Top quality work too. He is now flat out with another lad and between them are building rally cars.

I know a C N C programmer that went it alone and now there is not enough hours in the day for the work he has! he has been going for around 12 months.
