Chromating is corrosion protection, not so high, but is very important for further layers. It works like some kind of primer, it allows paint to stick to wheels.
You can ship yours overhere / Croatia / if it is not too expensive.

Thanx, cromating is a corrosion protection yes, and important for protection mag From rot from inside, out from what i have been informed. Shipping all my magparts, will be risky and fairly expensive i think. But what kind of price is it there to refurb your wheels?

Yes would be Nice to know what pepole pay in different country. I might have found a company here in Norway now, so sent them a mail to hear if they can do it. The company was "bankerupt" few years back, but info say that its bought and restarted by one of main customer company since they realy needed their service. Next is company in sweden, they can do it, but its also 10+houeres each way for me to drive...

You could try to ask aircraft industry related companys (it means the highiest prices here).
When I was into this I've found that there was a liquid, which I don't remember the name of (the rights owned by Henkel now), created to prep and protect aluminum/magnesium related materials damaged during exploatation (also aircraft related). It was unavailable to buy apart from the US and big capacity packages, so I gave up on this.

Honestly i dont care If they Are mag... but didnt know if they came in alloy? I would like to find out what they Are. They came of a Wrc Escort so have the grpa inserts, i had only smal pics of them before, so they sermeed like oz mags, but now look at them in person i have no idia what Exactly these Are...

They Are "concave" in Center, and not flat like them on pics earlier in tread.

Never seen those before, they're certainly unique

Are there no markings at all to give you a clue?

Those are mags 100%, i know by the look of the paint on them. There are many mags without any marks or signs.
My Cromadoras have no signs either, and look similar.

I actually though they looked like a cross between a Cromadora and OZ wheel.

                                Strange one
