      Cheers

Mine did 60 miles between MOTs from last year to this. Not something I'm particularly proud of but I haven't had time to go to my parents where it's stored and take it for a run.

Did a grand total of zero miles this weekend after putting 430 miles last time out on the rebuilt engine...

                A 56 mile 3dr!!! Talk about a museum piece...

Total miles since January 2015...............the very same 9 miles. Sad really but I find the need for ownership and just to look at the car knowing I have one more appealing than actually driving her these days. I must be getting old. Having the GT Speed doesn't help either as it makes me like a dog with 2 dicks

I honestly dont care If i drive mine either. I have them, thats actually enough for me. Just owning them gives plesure my escos havent done much more then that since early 2000... stood many years in germany as a track project never finished, then in Norway for few years before me too... i have had it since 2010 i think, got it togheter in a couple of years(had broken back and neck, wich slows me down...) then drove short test runs and only on and of trailer when moved

It doesn't matter really how many miles you do, whether you consider them trophies or track toys. Fact is, they're a release from your normal environment, something to work on and enjoy when your general life just gets you down. Other people just use beer, where I drink beer and work on the car

I'm looking forward to my Nurburgring trip in July, then stopping off on our return to Brugge in Belgium to pick up more beer and chocolate. Car will be driven all the way and back, can't wait. Then it'll just sit for the rest of the year under a car cover. I for one am happy with that

What do you do for insurance on the ring. My policy is fine in the EU but specifically excludes the Nordschleife ? I wouldn't mind doing it in the Bentley but the thought of a write-off for the cossie is too unbearable to think about.

Nobody will mate, you need to get specialised track insurance for it, which is a right task in itself. The ring is simply a "take a chance" kinda thing, although you don't necessarily need to go on track. I love just going to the place itself, watching this year's VLN on the 8th July where a mate is driving in it and just generally enjoy the experience. You go once, you're hooked for like. Much like Gatebil, but it's easier to get to Germany
