    Hello,
I need to change my hydraulic Camshaft Followers. Anybody can refer me a brand? What are you using?
I also found this but I am not sure http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Ford-RS-Si...QAAOSw5ZBWJM6B
    Any suggestions?

    Thanks,
    George

As above, INA ones - Motorsport Developments do the correct ones:

Looks like they are slightly cheaper than when I got a set last year too

As already mentioned, the INA seem to be the ones to use.

I was told by a reputable tuning company the VW/Audi ones were suitable so I bought them. Well, it rattled it's bollocks off, so, I took them back and they kindly gave me the correct Cosworth ones for the same price. So yeah do not buy the VW ones, they're visually identical but clearly aren't the same

No not really Dan, just time the car up correctly, remove cam belt from cam shafts, remove cam cover and cam caps (engine cold), remove/re fit tappets and re fit cam caps as per manual

Thanks for the info! Really, they look cheap..
I sent e-mail to verify the INA code mentioned below!
Also, I sent e-mail to Graham Goode for the ones they are selling http://shop.grahamgoode.com/sierra-s...16-63311-p.asp
but they replied with their own code GGR317.16!!!! Totally confused...

There are also some that fit from a Rover engine, I forget which engine but again avoid like the VW ones.

GGR will be more expensive than MD.

Yes, but are they the good ones? They don't have the INA code mentioned...

Buy from MD - they are INA ones.
