Remove oe modine

The oe is good on a daily "normal" cossi. Its also helps on them to get Oil up to temp quicker on coldstarts.

If you dont have problem with temperatur , leave it alone . If done somthing that makes it nessesary to have air cooler like me and a car not going to be used for short sundaytrips and never gets hot, a extern cooler helpd keep temperatur at whanted temp.

And If aircooler, use takeoff with theromstat .
