Burton Power terrible service

I ordered a new steering rack from Burton Power on the 31st of August and clicked to pay the £50 surcharge not to send them a rack. I rang them again today and was told that they were waiting for my rack. I've heard nothing from them or been told I wouldn't be getting it. So they've wasted my time and money. I wouldn't have minded if they'd told me straight away. Don't have the option if you can't fulfil an order.

I will stick with anyone else from now on, just a piss take!

Rant over. Now to phone GGR.

Shame to hear, but you should have gone for one from Kelly Bray. They sorted me out an exchange unit at a great price!

Not what I want to read - just sent my knackered old rack back to them as exchange against a replacement. Let's hope they can fulfil order when they have an exchange unit....

Very quick service, I opted to return mine and they sent a courier for it FOC
