  • Small turbo airbox on BT car

Is it possible to use a small turbo airbox on a big turbo car? Is the only difference the air mass meter mount? I guess a converter could be made that attaches to the studs, does anyone sell conversion plates?

Tried PM'ing you there. I have a mint spare BT air box if that would help you out at all? I think the ST air boxes are pretty rare nowadays, so a BT one might save you having to butcher your current one.

It won't allow me to PM you as your inbox is full. Last few on here have gone for £250-£300. I'll take £250 plus postage.

I haven't been looking for any on eBay. All I know is what they've been advertised on here for. If you're confident you can get one cheaper on eBay, then by all means go for it.

Prices seem to vary a fair bit on them. In fact the last one I bought on here actually cost me £285. Maybe I paid over the odds for it? Who knows?

The air box I have spare is in mint condition. I was going to keep it, but thought if someone on here really needed one, I'd sell it to help them out. That's what this forum is supposed to be all about . If he doesn't want it at £250 which I thought was fair (considering what I paid for my other one, and what most folk on here have paid for them for recently), then I'll hold onto it.

RS Gus with statements like that you wont last long on this forum. Maybe Passionford would be to your liking. The airbox you were selling ended on ebay for around the £180 mark so it seems thats what others were expecting to pay also.

Your probably right Georgie lol, its crazy the price of parts for the escos now, there are some window scraper seals for sale on ebay, i think the guy has a few sets, when i first saw them a few years ago he was selling them for £45, they are now £105. I think you did the right thing buying up all the bits for sale a couple of years ago.
