New members will not be allowed to post messages until they visit a link that is sent to them in the email (Clicking on it) sent to them when they sign up.

If a user's account is not activated by the user visiting the link, it will remain in the 'Users Awaiting Activation' user group.

Any chance of having to have a non hotmail type of account to register?I feel the people who join would be more genuine and traceble if the site gets the likes of simon johnson etc.

I think Hotmail has been the problem as the emails the forum send, indirectly come from my hotmail account.
Everytime I got an email from the forum it went to my junk mail untill I added it to safe, but even then every email that came through was still flagged as junk.. So the emails are now indirectly sent from my new email address paul.ripley@escortrscosworth.com and the junk mail flagging has stoppd already, so I just need to monitor how everyone else is getting on with it now, hopefully its sorted thou
