Road Tax

Right we all know that from the 1st of October you do not need to show your road tax disc

so I have had mine reproduced as from when it was first registered on the 1st Aug 96.

So will put this one on display on the screen, the disc shows the 12 month to be replaced

by the end of July 97, might be a good talking point.

Hi cosman, if you go on ebay into collectible tax discs, and look for a

6 Replica Reproduction Tax Discs with all=the correct fonts year/month 1921-2010 for

£6-95, his seller name is sammy123400 estp. You will have to give him all your

information in a message on his order form, just mention Derek told you about them.

Well I have to agree this is a neat touch. So I dont have a copy of my original disk tbh so how do you establish what the original color and font was? Is it the case that back in March 93 only a particular font and color was used on all issued disk or did it relate to the area in the country?

Hi chicksrs, all you have to do is tell him the month and year you want the disc to show

for example, March 93 the disc would show 02-94 that is 12 months on from when it was

1st registered.You tell him you would like the disc to have been bought from the Post

office where you live and read 01-march 93 when rubber stamped, he has the right color

for that year and month, hope that help you out.
