Sue Collins did build that black thing from a brandnew cozzeh shell from Dennis Osbourne iirc .
DOME built cars for official ford rally teams and so had a hotline with boreham.

Yeah Wolf that's the German Works Ford Team built Escort Cozzehs for the German Touring Car Trophy. I seem to remember it winning which shows the escort when not up against cheating bastards could kick Rs..

A normal MK5 escort shell was used not an escort cosworth, I have assisted with the removal and fitting of the engine a gearbox and had a good view of the underside.
The car was at the Autosports Show at the NEC when it was originally built, almost complete and I believe it was TARCAL who did the fabrication.
