Guys, on a BT, how does the plastic fuel filler surround (up inside the wheel arch) detach from the car?

Obviously there are jubilee clips at either end of the rubber pipe/neck, but once that's removed how does the plastic (green) part attached to the inner wing come off - does it just pull out, or twist & pull? Can't see any fixings.

Any guidance much appreciated, thanks.
