    has anyone found a decent paint match that looks similar ish to the gold coloured zinc plating? i dont want to use gold as its always metallic and doesnt look right

      i just want to do all the jubilee clip heads,most of the orig stuff has worn off since i cleaned them up and i didnt want to split them to get them plated separately

            I am interested too as want to do half of the ABS block thingamebob on the right hand side of the engine under and behind the header tank.

                    Nick, Frost do a three stage paint set up for zinc replication mate? Might be worth a go?

                        i would but you cant get orig ford ones anymore and i dont want to use diff ones,lol,the heads need painting or they will go rusty as they are only steel,pity they werent stainless like the rest of the clip

                        ive seen the cadmium one paul,but nothing similar to the zinc apart from the silver zinc? but its quite pricey as id only need a thimble full
