The Escort Cosworth P8 version to suit Standard Firmware is ready to go.
These are ideal for those running P8 on std firmware with no pectel data stream enabled which would usually prevent them using monitors!

These require NO ecu mods, no soldering. Just connect to the Diagnostic port, and give the unit 12v switched ign and its away.

There is active data in them as std if you know how to get at it, and have a protocol to use it

I Am disassembling the P8 code as we speak ... so that part of code would be a lot easier with that info

Are these things plug and play? personally not keen on the carbon effect but I would like a plain plastic fascia one if it fits/operates without having to look at Stephen Hawkings blackboard for a week or a wiring diagram that NASA would knock up

Plug into the 3 wire diagnostic connector on the loom. Then add 12v ign power to turn it on.

The unit that is ready now, works on a std car, on std firmware with no ecu mods.

The "pectel" version is due to be released soon, we are just working on the final protocols,

So my standard small turbo with cosy on the ecu will work with this?

They look smart James, do they do a fat finger version as I struggle typing a text on my phone without pressing multiple letters so I imagine trying to use a touch screen whilst on the move and having sausage fingers will only end up in disaster

there is the hope we can get a version to work on the small turbo but that’s not easy to do.
