Newbie to the group

Hi folks

Just little introduction to myself. Im Richard life long petrol head had various different cars over the years.
Vx200, evo ix fq360, s2 rs turbo, renault 5 gt turbo to name just a few.
Always been a big ford fan since a young lad. An escort has always been a dream to own. So over the next few months to the start of next year (which seems isnt that far away now) i will be looking for my first cosworth. Hope to get to know a few of you and go to meets etc and most importantly help find my first cosworth

Thanks ben. Well i will have a good budget. I have been watching the market for a few years so i know they have gone up quite abit.
I will be after something sensible modified i dont really want a standard one. Quite open to colour but sooner it not be black. Small turbo or large turbo i dont really mind

Welcome mate. Just keep an eyeout. I'd stick your budget up if you can, as if someone on here is thinking of selling, then you might get a message. Otherwise people just keep it to themselves.

Though good luck in your search, just buy with your head.... otherwise it'll just cost you in the long run!

Thanks for the advice alex much appricated i think 35k is reasonable i would poss go to 40k but would have to be the perfect car
