Hi all just wondered if anybody had some info on this black escort cos on eBay. Reg L627 JKN. I'm interested in going and having a look at it. But the past mot's look a bit dodgy?
Is it worth me having a look? Making a cheeky offer?

Certainly had a haircut in 2006/2007 but besides that its history looks ok and its failures were only on minor things emissions and pitted brakes.

I dont think Escort cosworth are really open to cheeky offers anymore, the market is a sellers market but they can only say no, so its worth a try

Hi mate, this was my car, I sold it in February this year, the guy who bought it was a young guy, he's not had it long, I got the impression how he talked that it would not be long before it was crashed or for sale. He paid me £27,000 for it, so he's after a quick profit, I bought the car off this site, it was advertised around June/July 2015, so if you look back you should find the for sale thread, regarding the mileage issue I was under the impression that it altered from kms to mph when it came back from Japan, I can also tell you that the current Rsoc Chairman owned the car around 2006 I think. I spoke to paul about it, he said it was roughish when he got it, but to be fair its had thousands spent on it since hen, and was in very good condition when I bought it. I do have a few photos of it underneath as well if it helps
