            You could say that, here’s the day I got the car, obviously it’s been painted since then, I had to strip it down to bare metal after finding 8 -10 different layers of paint and loads filler no idea why there was so much filler though as once down to bare metal it was in reasonably good shape

                Yes, when a factory built Escort Cosworth VIN number is entered into ECAT or ETIS you will get the trim build version.
                This trim build version is not in the VIN number, but you need the VIN number for the trim build version.

                Also 909 numbers are first three digits of part number sequence for motorsport parts, not VIN numbers.
