Hi, I was wondering how many psi / bar boost pressure you all got on you T25 Escort’s. And what modifications and what sort of power output.

That’s good power for a ‘standard’ car!

No, my original t25 was going too meet manitou. But with a bit luck i get a used t28 Hybrid from Suhe. First I've used a EEC4 chip but din't work good. And after it fall of between a event. I decide to use a megasquirt derivat for a long time. But now I use a original DIYAutotune/ AMP/EFI MS3Pro.

carefully with that EEC tunnings! Always use AFR gauge!!! Small turbo is very often running LEAN at WOT....this can cause piston melting, engine damage... MAFs are cheating... OE injectors are very small, they are hitting 100% dutycycle at higher loads....
I think every small turbo needs custom tuning !!!! universal chip for smal turbo can be little dangerous.
over 350 hp is to discuss...as OE maf has very short space to measure,, 870Kg/h which is not enough for high boosts. From my tests 1,2 bar peak then 0,6 bar at 5500rpm are max....if you will put higher boost, you will have LEAN mixture at load.
next problem is LOAD calculation inside ECU....spark map is calculated only up to 170% load, which OE chip can produce (no more then 160?).
ecu si capable to calculate 200% load.
with bigger turbo you will achieve 200% load at half way = you cant control spark over 200% load! so you will have same spark advance...
there are more things to discussion...Escort Cosworth Lux

Trying to tune with broken parts will never work on any ECU system.

Your issue, is that your upgrade injectors need to be replaced with even bigger ones.
Likewise you need to upgrade the MAF to a bigger one

Nobody with a t25 who has just a chip/exhaust/filter on std injectors and management ? I want to compare the boost pressure which I have with some others.
