Fuel filter fittings

Does anyone know where or what is the best option to replace the fuel filter pipe and banjo fittings

ive got aeroquip from the pump to filter

I think maybe what I will have to do do you know off hand what fittings and hose you used

-6 aeroquip hose and i used the ptfe lined stuff as it stops the smell of the petrol coming through, cant remember the size of the fittings off hand but i could have a look if needed
