That would be the quality of the vinyl. Oracal 751/951 performance vinyls have an exterior vertical application service life of 7-8 years for nonmetallic colors.

Do they go on the inside or outside of the window? I don't put stickers on my car but if it's to make a few quid for the forum then I'd buy a couple of stickers for my toolbox. That way, the only ones that'd work would be the ones that go on the outside of a window, not the kind that are applied to the inside.
