Best valve springs to use

hi I’m looking for some advise, I’m in the process of building up my engine and was wondering what valve springs to use the engine has the equivalent of BD16 cams and the Rev limiter has been set to 8’200 rpm the previous head was built by a company and for some reason they put Isky springs on the Inlet side yet left the exhaust on standard springs, for some strange reason that didn’t last too long and the engine shat itself. I don’t want to change cams or lower the Rev limit, just wondering if I fit iskys on both sides having to drop the seat platforms or is the a set that I can get that will just fit straight in and be able to cope with that Rev range and high lift?

Always need to check spring and adjust seat to correct tolerance. I bought complete kit from Kent cams last time and fitted and setup at ny builder, and have iskys in my Escos ...

I bought a set of newman double springs from MSD they are a direct fit, not sure on the maximum rpm
