  • Non Cosworth Escort

Just after knowing about the "Issue" if there is one with a built up from a trimmed shell Escort cosworth.
For years i have been old school mk2 RS2000 and will be forever, but i have spotted an built up escort cosworth of a very good spec. Its got me interested as its not £50K as some want for a Ford registered one. I'm not a badge snob so it doesnt bother me, but it clearly affects the resale price.

It will be far easier to get the kids in an escort cossie than a mk2 escort, hopefuly stops them moaning.

Just a normal build up for a new shell with all the DVLA checks and reports. Chassis number issued by DVLA

I don't see an "Issue" if your buying it to use, just buy it on condition and spec

I would just do full check and MOT yourself before taking anyone out.

Lots of shells have been built up off crashed sapphires and not all the brackets, mounts and bolts make it to the finished car
