I'm after a firm to make me a pattern for some rear quarter panel cards, as i'm finding it almost impossible to source, does anybody know of a low volume supplier that may help. Cheers.

As for Mark Rixham or Danny Mckernan - they produce GRP moulds and manufactures patterns.

I have known these guy years, they will be able to help you. Tell him you got his details from me (James Bestall)

If you want to do it in leather use standard mk5 door card and retrim it.

I bought one off ebay last week with that exact thought, its quite a bit taller than the Escos one by about +50mm

Yes, i thought i looked exactly the same, and it was cheap £10.00 so i thought ideal, but side by side with one of my cloth ones its taller by a lot, It could probably be modified though. Come out of a RS2000

the escos is a different shape at the bottom of the quarter to standard escort , just trim the bottom and they do fit and the trimmed bottom edge is hidden by the rear seat base

I, thought you would be able to do it, just need to find the other side.
