I know but what can i do. I am hopeing to find engine bay + engine loom as much complete as possible and than go thru all connectors and find their place.
This is what i have now i think everything is better than this.

Only good for parts, that second one. Chopped ends all over the place.

It seemed to me that it is much worse than the first ones.
I’ll probably get better pics tomorrow of the first one.

Something’s not right here, i have owned my ST car since 2000 and the main reason why i never swapped it to BT was the engine loom was part of the cars loom and it would require either a lot of cutting out or leaving the loom and adding a BT loom as well. Either way it would bastardize the car.

I know this was a while ago but I still remember looking at my loom like 5 years ago thinking how to get my petal T6 loom in there.

              Edit

              I know i asked the question before > https://www.escortrscosworth.com/for...928#post780928

So some of the loom is separate but there is quite a lot that is in the cars main loom

                Thanks mate.
I always thought that there is separate loom for engine /head and block/ and everything else connected to ecu is together with the rest of the car loom. And i am now sure that i am right.
My idea is to find complete engine bay + engine loom and i hope it can be fitted on its own as otherwise i’ll have to change complete car loom

Is your loom a ST LHD loom Billy

when i fitted a braided loom to my monte i think there were around 3 connections/wires to chop and solder, the rest of the old engine loom was just wrapped up out the way and left in place so i assume small t is the same style, that was yrs ago now though so cant remember much else

Here is the first one again with some additional pics.
There is engine loom missing, engine sub loom actually.
                        Is everything else here ?

I don't see the EDIS connector, or the ABS connector.

Near impossible to say with certainty all is there from the pics.

Do you know what the cut wires are?

The engine subloom plugs into two 12 pin connectors in your second pic.
                          Cheers
