You could always do what we did in the early 90's when the 4x4 Saph had only just been released For Rally we took the standard tca cut and welded in commercially available joints and threaded adjustable spindle.
That way you will always know you can get your hands on ball and rose joints for the tca.
It took a bit of machining and good quality welding but worth it in the end.
As my mate used to work at RAD in Warrington , I managed to copy something they used at the time.

I had a set of these on order this time last year but ended up being refunded as they couldn’t get a single pair made - needed to be a batch. Ended up with compbrake onesOriginally posted by JohnP001 View Post

They’re class, originally made by MK. Rose jointed on both sides so less likely to wear out as quickly as conventional ball joints. But price VS longevity of life, the comp brake still the more sensible option IMO

Comp brake still really, most don’t have the same size ball joint but then again do any Cossie owners need to worry about wear these days? Most aren’t used to the extent the used to be due to value etc Just MOT mine other day and they’re still pretty good after 10 years. Will see how they continue after June Germany trip lol

I wonder if someone like kinzy fabrications could machine new ball joints and fit them into the standard arms?
