Are they very slow now with orders? Placed a order few weeks back, but still just says pending when check how its going... i have normaly had fairly quick and hasselfree shopping from them over the years

I have had this before, called them and they said the payment i used did not match the address, we dont have a house number just a name, they were waiting on my to contact them

I am a registrated customer there, and bought allot before, so dont understand why i would need to do something extra this time? Guess can try to contact them too see

Had few weeks same situation..in my case parts were out of stock even it was showing on stock sign..I like Burton they are always prompt..maybe it is due to this covid situation

Yeah had poor communication in past with them, especially when things not in stock. Also take advice with a pinch of salt. Almost had a full debate with some bloke who insisted my order of a heavy duty helix clutch cover and a AP 6 paddle wouldn’t work.....hmmm lol

Ive always found them to be pretty good. And thei rear crank seal the sell dosen't leak when 2 others i tried did. So all good for me.

Got a mail today, telling me they waiting on some parts, so Will ship when arrive

Everything has slowed with Covid & Brexit, its not just Burton with issue's, my electrical suppliers are having same issues.

I ordered some rear wheel bearings yesterday and the courier has just text me to say they will arrive in the morning

I have always had good service from them
