  • Expansion tank.

    Hi all.
    I might have to buy a new ally header tank. Mine see pics, has screw type fitting -6 ??? One from the swirl pot and one from the turbo rad.. A new ally tank will come with standard hose fitments using hose clampsHow can I mate the fittings I have(picture) to the standard hose fitments?

        if you cant find an off the shelf tank with the correct bosses then cut the stubs off new tank and weld some -6 bosses to it,"think automotive" and places like that sell the bosses

                That is a male -6 end. The other side has a ferule that compresses around straight tube/pipe.
