General Question - Parts valuation

Having a bit of a parts clear out over Christmas.
I'm not 100% sure of what parts are worth what, so I'm looking for opinions of value on the following.

Rear beam and trailing arms from 20kmile car, with the original bushings and donuts.

T25 brand new cam belt cover.

new repro fiberglass turbo heatsheild with heat tape underside.

T25 std cats and exhaust (bit crusty). Maybe good need to check.

also have some std front shocks from a 20kmile car.
have been stored for 15 odd years though.
