Fuel valve in wheel arch

Does anyone know the name of the Fuel valve in the rear wheel arch next to the filler neck?

also if it’s still available from ford?

Has a non return valve in it so if you roll the car no fuel will leak out When they fail it can lead to a vacuum building up in the tank. I've heard of one tank sucked completely in. .
