cutting out

hi all, so…. just had engine rebuilt on the escort starts and idles lovely you can rev it up slowly but soon as you blip the throttle quick and hard it cuts out changed fuel pressure reg, checked iscv, new crankshaft sensor, voltage to tps, timing spot on new water temp sensor, fuel pump new filter injectors were refurbed not long ago, any help will be much appreciated

How about voltage signal from the tps to the ecu?
