2wd and 4wd water pumps

my new engine has a 2wd waterpump and thermostat housing can these be changed over to 4wd ones

SO I TAKE IT IT HAS A 2WD HEAD JIM IAM SURE THEY CAN BE PUT ON BUD

it cud be a 4x4 head setup to run 2wd,has it got an outlet on the head above the exhaust manifold
