3, not in this case the clerk of the course deemed it a racing incident.
4, not aware of the insurance side but it shouldn't be an option as if it was no one would race!

As said above if deemed a racing incident then the driver causing the problem is ok but i have heard over the radio the cleark of the course calling for drivers to be pulled in for a talk and it usually end's up in a big big fine keep the cameras on in the car mate untill you are happy racing or till you have lost the black cross
