having a pup is a mission, having two is really hard. very little sleep for a few months, poo and wee everywhere for months, lots of attention and training, feeding, stroking, brushing, make sure you finger their teeth and gum, touching the paws often, making sure you put them on their back every day so they know you are the boss, making the house puppy proof(this including getting anything chewable out the way that can be dangerous or valuble(inc electrical cables)getting kid proof cupdoor latches(yes the can open them, and ascari worked out how to open the washing machine and ate our door seal out of it)walking often, playing with them, intteracting with other dogs oh there is so much

its like having kids.be prepared to be very tired. if you need any help or advise just call me kelv.im more than happy to help and you know we've been through it

various reasons.the pups gain alot of needed nutrients still at that age that we cannot give, making them stronger and less likely to get diseases and also grow bones porperly etc.
also still at this age they need vital signals from the mother and other pups in reference to how they have to behave.if they put a foot out of line they get taught by the mother by the scruff of the neck.if they hurt a brother etc they will yelp and make it realise they have done wrong. it is bad news to take them away earlier than 8 weeks,at very minimum it should be 6. its doesnt breed a good dog by removing it so early

they are not allowed to be seperated from there mother until they are 8 weeks old, they are currently just over 5 weeks.

i think this is just a guideline and not law, but im happy to go with it as it makes perfect sense to me.
