Went out for a bike ride earlier

Was out less than an hour on some muddy tracks and a bit of road near my house, wanted to get fitter after putting on quite a bit of weight over xmas
Jesus Christ it was hard work, I was bloody knackered after 10 minutes

It's shit working the only light hours in the week, it's dark in the morning when I come to work and dark by the time I get home at the moment! Then when the weekend comes round I'm nackered!

You do off road biking Matt? you got a fancy bike for it all? used to have a play with stuff like that but lost interest once a driving license was obtained

I built my own hard tail from a frame up, it's nothing special at all but it does the job, Marzocchi suspension,XT group set, mavic wheels etc.
Had my eye on a COVE stiffee custom build just before I got made redundant

My bike is a dual slalom Hardtail, Specialized P2 Jump Bike that I upgraded with Hope Hydraulic Disc Brake set, total cost me about £850 2 years ago! Only ridden the bloody thing about 5 times!

I want the gay spray on wearing jeans mofo Luke to build me a new trials bike, an Adamant A1 with some Carbon Goodies!
