Since this site/forum is well above any of the other forums in every other way I thought maybe we could try to improve it even more by using the correct words when we write.
A very good examples to start with.

1.
Wrong: I brought a new Escort Cosworth.
Correct: I BOUGHT a new Escort Cosworth.

In this example the person paid money for the car... The word brought is totally different. One example of how to use the word correctly: "I brought my wife with me to the RS meeting".

Wrong: I would of enjoyed the trackday.
Correct: I would have enjoyed the trackday.

Rule:
Of is a preposition. Do not use of in the place of have after verbs such as could, should, would, might and must.

but you can use "WOULD'VE"

Was gonna pull you up on "A very good examples" for being both singular AND plural at the same time....

but then i realised you are from norway and your english is probably better than mine , so we'll let ya off eh!! haha


Back on topic though yes i agree , bad grammar is a particular bugbear of mine.
I especially hate text talk , theres just no need on a forum , it isn't as though you have to pay more per letter or anything is it!

Its not as bad on here as PF, but still a lot of basic fuck ups that even us foreign users know how to spell right.

have to say theres alot of spelling mistakes on these forums ... but hey thats wot its like today im afraid - queens english is being changed for text language ..... ( see what I did there...!!)

you said it mate im looking into going into the newzealand navy do 2 years service and get citizanship £1000 will get me a shipping container to get my car down there and our lass is well up for it the only thing stopping me is the 4 extra years i'll have to do in the navy
