Engel centre cap screws

Any know where i can get some engel centre cap screws from. They should be a silver locking type one like in the pic below.

Any bolt will fit, I have just used Allen head bolts @ 10p each!

Thats what i have with the wheels but they stick out too far and i want something more flush fitting.
