A few questions

Hi guys i have 100% standard small turbo escos.

is there anyway to make the wastegate more louder when i left off when changing gear or is it all down to the about of boost that is created ?. Sometime i just wished that it was a little louder.

I do have the standard airbox but with a k&n panel filter

Also as well i have a standard exaust and have always thought that you cant hear the turbo purr when the car is at idea unlike the big turbo verisons.

This leads me to think that how true was the statment that ford made and stoped production of the cossie because it could not fit in with the new EU drive by regulations that come into effect. was it true or just a load of rubbish ?

I mean my mate has a john cooper works mini and his makes more nosie than mine and his is standard aswell

Try a cone air filter, the air box does stifle the chatter sound, we have just taking the dump valve of the other halfs focus rs and it sounds much better and turns heads when changing gear now, my small turbo has really loud chatter it has a k and n panel filter and 3'' exhaust but it's almost 300 bhp so running more boost than std
