      frank i think mark was reffering to the black art design suspension. ime with gaz its just the springs that are too stiff. what ill do when your car is down is drop a spring off and measure the lb and see where theyre at

              I have to agree on the Konis though.
              Not to harsh at all but just stiff enough to let you know they were t fitted by ford lol

                  Yep, I've had them on my car, and although they don't control the roll as well as the Ahmeds, they're pretty good . Certainly worth buying as a stop-gap .

                    I will let Jim have a look at the spring rate and perhaps fit slightly softer.
                    Ive notice minor bumps are not too bad but on badly repaired road causes the car to bounce over them. These shocks dont soak up deeper ruts and bumps.
                    On the m/way the car is so nice to drive, smooth and very compliant.
