    No, just always been involved in fab work etc from a young age, I may send the template off and have a few sets laser cut, so I could offer brackets, discs, hoses, nuts and bolts. All that would be left for the user to do is disc off part of your dust shield and take a bit out of your calliper carriers.

    Yes mate, made the brackets myself, along with the braided hoses and mods to the dust shield + calliper carrier.

    Yes mate, mine are done and on lol, only thing is my phone went flat so I couldn't take any pics of the brackets and mods etc but ive got to remove them again at some point to paint the brackets up, managed to get a few pics when I got the car home of them fitted,

    Yeah I can see yours fits between the shield and back of hub, mine is also a Escos so I can't understand how you have more space in between than i do? ill take a pic tomoz or Wednesday and show you what I mean, it's no biggy because I can just trim that shield tab off to allow my bracket to sit just on top of the abs sensor, I've already bored 4 pieces of ally bar as the 14mm spacers so as a soon as the discs arrive it should be plain sailing mate.

    strange one mine is 4x4 escort cosworth running gear just in a focus ,sensor still fits ,just don't run them now as running a modded abs loom ,only thing I had to do is trim a tad off the dust shield for the bolts on bracket the plate bolts infront of the dust shield

    I mean the tab part of the backing plate, in front of were the abs sensor mounts, the gap between that tab and the rear of the hub, there is defo no room on mine to fit a 6mm plate in between them, I'm gonna have to trim that tab off and sit the bracket just above the abs sensor.

    6mm min thick plenty enough for the job I don't get what you mean there load of room I made mine with a backing plate on ?

    I had a look at mine today and going by your pics, your brackets must be ever so thin to be able to fit in between the hub and the backing plate as shown in your pics on pf, they must be like 3mm plate and to me that seems way to thin because there is no way anything thicker would fit on mine.
