Well lads i got 'That phone call' yesterday, the one we all dread, and one that brings home the thoughts of what have i done with my life, im too young for this, where does life take me from here, you know i've got kids maybe i can show them im still here, im sure some of you may have faced the same and its a big eye opener to the world....

The rugby team I play for has a lot of older guys still playing, massive respect to them as some of them outplay the young lads week in week out! Our oldest player is 57 & plays as a flanker, he's a nightmare to tackle, strong as an Ox & often plays the full 80 mins!
