Which oil and how much oil for standard 4x4 gearbox and front diff

atf(mobil1 atf 220 or similar) on gearbox1.2-1.6L/transfer0.5-0.6L and yes seperate filling(the gearbox is a own oil called mt75, so thats the "best"), gl5 75w-90 on diff around 1L Stock

all should be filled when car is "flat" until the oil come out the filling hole.

I know it been asked before but for searches bring up lots of answers,

I have a standard 4x4 mt75 gearbox an a standard 4x4 front diff with strengthening plate

How much oil and which oil do people recommend for each on please, I know the gearbox has main case and transfer so can you confirm if these require different oils please
