Anyone tried one of these Oppliger Shifter Cradle?

Anyone tried this from oppliger??
I would like to improve my gearshift, it has a lot of play and is not very precise.

Change the bushings to solid aluminium or just weld a large washer there instead.

I have solid aluminium and Quick shift , thats better but i have a lot of play on gearshift . i would lire more precise.
i have 4.44 so i often change gears.
