I have just had one done, the sump material welds badly, I had all the diff mounts reinforced as they can fail, had female BSP bosses to take JIC/AN to BSP male to male adapters in case thread gets damaged, also had the standard turbo drain modified so that braided host can be use, so less leaks.
Cost more than others but most do not reinforce the diff mounts.
The weld to new metal are easily done, the welds to the area around the upper side of the cross shaft housing the areas not shown in your picture.
