Am trying to list a car on ebay but must be doing something wrong.

I've typed out the description in Word so its to the layout, font and bullet points etc that I want but when I copy this across to the ebay ad it ignore all this and shows it as one continuous sentence !

sounds like you are trying to edit the HTML version rather than just the plain text edit part.

I think you have to use their text settings and font version.

you can use their HTML editor, but you need to know a bit about web code for it to work correctly.
