  • Is this really worth near £18k?

Looks a bit of an old dog, is it really worth that sort of money?
    Cheers

well maybe not in the long run with putting it back together, but if all solid which you'd really need a good poke to find out, it might suit someone who could do bits over time

it was about a month ago, there was a thread on here about it. it looks dog rough and looking at the state of the attempted repairs it'll need plenty of TLC and WILL have hidden surprises. If you could get that for half that amount, and were in the trade with some time to spend on it, it could probably be turned around.

Just had another look at the advert whilst having lunch - that is a mess, check where the fuel regulator is mounted. Looks like it's converted to earlier turbo too, doesn't look like a T4 as per the advert?

It'll want a good amount of time and money put into that - looks more of a breaker to me

"SIDES ARE VERY STRAIGHT" - after 10 pints of Stella maybe

                        yeah and he's corrected the T4 turbo to a T34 now - obviously hasn't got a clue.

My mate went to buy it today and said its terrible. So unless you can get it for 8k I wouldn't waste your time going.
