2016 F-450 Crew Cab Super Duty with a 6.7L Power Stroke or, my current search, 1970 Ford Galaxie Country Squire with a 429 Thunder Jet

Yep Disco 3 is more than capable, I've done 260,000 miles in mine and its pulled near on 4 ton gross (plant machinery and trailer) with ease, and yes I know that's over the legal limit

I got my discovery td5 3 years ago and now with 200thou miles on still pulls well , I've had the escort on a trailer before and it towed it no problem. They can be picked up cheap now just choose wisely as theres quite a few bad ones out there.

I've got a D3, and these can be had for a good price now. What is your budget, and what do you consider silly money?
