I was stood with a very respected person within the RSOC when Mrs Cox was given her award and all around us were people looking around at each other in disbelief.
I have to say a massive well done to Mickey though as the merchandise was great and as you've said dead simple and easy to find what you wanted, I spent a fair few on Sunday on me and Olly!
David Lee what has got into you, cat got your tongue!

The paddock display was spot on Martin, merchandise too
The 500's and anniversary displays, especial the series two were awesome. There are positives and I do think there was enough going on to make a good show, the lack of leadership and a bit of direction were the let down, I do feel cheated and it's been disrespectful to the local groups

It was only my second national day and although I enjoyed it i feel the infield parking wasn't great. The lack of stands were also pretty poor. The paddock display was good, some stunning cars but all in all it was good to catch up with a few like minded folk.

soooooooooooo glad I didn't plan on going , I knew we would get stuck in that 5hit hole
I missed catching up with people but it was a small price to pay looking at the picture of lg parking
I know its all volunteers but whoever said this is perfect for the backbone of the RSOC to all park their mint RS,s on wants fooking off
chris do you think its worth a trip to the AGM in feb or will it all fall on deaf ears

Deaf ears Martin
There's a complete lack of communication mate, our saving grace (for the local groups) could be Ron walker though as he is a car man through and through and will fight our corner.
The decisions are made round the table though and he is but one man, driven, motivated and passionate no doubt but one man.
Something seriously needs to change with a few at the top though as those that are controlling it appear not to be in touch with the membership and don't know what we/they want.
The agm and lgm are blitzed through in one day and yet committee meetings are done over a two day weekend how's that work lmao
National day did have its plus points but it seems that there's issues in the club that run deeper. If it was a football team I'd say the management have lost the dressing room, and they don't seem bothered.
I see the committee meeting minutes we asked for have died a death too
