Is it possible to get the cars origional reg back?

Over the early years the escos had passed a few hands, which meant a few number plate swaps etc!

The reason i ask is when you do a basic reg check on car it came up as a total loss write off!!! Felt sick when that happened!

But in doing a proper hpi check it came apparent the marker was tied to a previous plate 'USU 610', (was on a written off jaguar)

So why does this follow the escos? If any random does a lesser hpi check it looks like a write off! Can i sort this?

Also when we got the car ot was on 'L632 LHN', but i think its origional plate was L493 ULG or 'L266 OHK'

So cutting long story short can i get the write off marker removed? As it has nothing to do with the escos??

    Scott

Are you 100% sure it wasn't the Escort? it may be marked by other ways ie chassis number and that co asides with that plate and vehicle at the time of marking

Id imagine DVLA or who ever would have looked at this if vehicles have had various plate changes

No vehicles come up for any of those plates, apart from USU 610 which is a Mondeo

Thanks mate, it seems to have done the rounds in its early days, i think it was quite well know when it had the plate 'L2 GON' on it, was a guy called john butler that had it then
