My Bro bought new cooker of a online electrical company (can't remember the name but never heard of them before)
It turns out he ordered the wrong cooker for his kitchen so he asked if they could swap with another, they agree and charged him £105 extra (the difference as it was more and delivery charges)
The new cooker arrived and my bro had wrapped the old one up and said are you going to take it, they said not that we are aware of and went off.
They refunded the money for the old cooker but have never picked it up it was £440 worth and quite decent. Its been three months now and never heard a thing!
Would you chase the company up or bang it out on ebay
Where does he stand?

would be worth the risk if it was a couple of grand at stake but it may only fetch £300 on the bay if he's lucky - that's not to be sniffed at but weigh it up against the potential aggro and it's not much
