071 spark plug question

Just had these ford Plugs come 4 my Ecos and wondered if you can put them straight in? Or do I need to adjust the gap guys?

Alternative to 071's

I used to have denso plugs(cant remenber which ones) in the car but the spark was getting blown out on boost.

I changed them for 071's gapped...
