Turbo blanket s any good ?

Any info on these turbo blankets , say keeps temps in engine bay down , and help the exhaust gases flow better , anyone used one ? Thanks Chris

I have been looking at these turbo blankets that goes over the exhaust housing, Are these any good? If I was to have 1 of these , would I get away...
